• Worldwide shipping
• Your order is shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase. We do not ship on Saturday, so items bought on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
•We ship via Priority Mail from Finland, which is fastest and most convenient way to ship. Shipping times and delivery dates given for Priority Mail are only an estimate, not a guarantee. Tracking is not provided for standard mail in Finland, just a receipt from the post office with a time stamp of when the items were sent. If you want your order to be shipped via express mail, please send us a message and we’ll find out how much that will cost.
•Your order will travel inside a durable 100% recycled and recyclable cardboard mailing box. Shout out to Mama Earth!

Finland: 1-3 business days
• Europe: 3 to 5 business days;
• USA: 7 to 14 business days
• Everywhere else on this planet: 7 to 14 business days.

Undelivered Parcels
If a package can’t be delivered and is returned, we can ship it again for additional shipping cost or make a money refund without shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please notify us within 3 days if you wish to return or exchange your jewelry. Shipping charges are non refundable. Custom orders are also non-refundable. For sanitary reasons, earrings cannot be returned either. The jewelry must be unworn and returned in the same packaging. I encourage you to track and insure.
