Quality
It’s very important to us that our jewellery is made with durable quality materials that last a long time. We use the strongest stringing materials and handpick every stone we use in the designs. Please keep in mind that due to the natural crystals and gemstones, the color and the size of the beads may vary.
Warranty
Many believe it is good luck when an energy jewelry brakes. It is said to be a signal that your jewelry has energetically served its purpose and you do not need it anymore.
Our jewelry has a 60 day warranty. Should your jewelry break within the first 60 days of purchase, we will repair it at no charge.
We are not responsible if your jewelry has been mistreated: Rockin’ Energy does not encourage swimming, showering, sleeping with, or working out with your jewelry on. Rockin’ Energy is not responsible if it has been damaged by an external force. Please do not let children tug on your jewelry. If your item breaks from being tugged on, has caught on something or any other physical damage, that is not a reflection of Rockin’ Energy. Do not hang your jewelry, but instead store it in the pouch it comes with. We are also not responsible of any other defects/flaws that may have been caused by alterations by someone else than Rockin’ Energy.
Warranty starts from the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt :)
Repairs
Should your jewelry break after the first 60 days of purchase, we can repair it for you. Let us know which design you have and how it broke and we’ll give you an estimate for all costs.
Shipping costs and the cost of possible missing beads will be added in all prices (shipped either express or insured). Rockin’ Energy must have your payment before any repair work will begin.
Send your jewelry in a padded envelope or in a small box with your return address. We suggest you ship the jewelry using a method that is insured or trackable. Rockin’ Energy is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit.

Shipping
• Your order is shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase. We do not ship on a Saturday, so items bought on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
• We ship via Priority Mail from Finland, which is fastest and most convenient way to ship. Shipping times and delivery dates given for Priority Mail are only an estimate, not a guarantee. Tracking is not provided for standard mail in Finland, just a receipt from the post office with a time stamp of when the items were sent. If you want your order to be shipped via express mail, please send us a message and we’ll find out how much that will cost.
• Orders from outside of Europe exceeding 120€ will be shipped via DHL Express free of charge.
• Your order will travel inside a durable 100% recycled and recyclable cardboard mailing box. Shout out to Mama Earth!

- Everywhere else on this planet: 7 to 14 business days.

Undelivered Parcels
If a package can’t be delivered and is returned, we can ship it again for additional shipping cost or make a money refund without shipping costs.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please notify us within 3 days if you wish to return or exchange your jewelry. Shipping charges are non refundable. Custom orders are also non-refundable. For sanitary reasons, earrings cannot be returned either. The jewelry must be unworn and returned in the same packaging. I encourage you to track and insure.
